, donors, and customers. Please review our refund policy below, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

1.Application fees and Memberships;

All applications fees and membership payments are non-refundable .

Once submitted, fee help support our nonprofit programs and services.

2. Courses and Educational content 

Payments made for access to online videos courses ,quizzes, or training programs are non-refundable once I content is accessed or downloaded.

If you purchased a course by mistake and have not accessed any part of it ,you may request within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Event Tickets and Bookings 

Tickets or registrations for free therapy events,workshops , or rides are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us.

In the event of cancellation , you will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.

4. Gift Cards and rewards 

Scottillia gift cards or Square eGift cards issued as rewards is subject to card terms. 

5.Donations 

All donations made through our website or apps are final and non-refundable . 

Donations help fund community programs, educational services and family support.
